About

Cindy Willick is a certified life coach and change educator for women.
A top athlete – turned 205 lb desperate dreamer – turned nude model, Cindy walks her talk. She is the self-proclaimed Baring it All™ Babe who wants every woman to discover the depth of her power and beauty to offer it as a light to those walking beside and behind her on the runway of life.
Cindy began her work as an experiential educator with Outward Bound Australia, using the outdoors as a classroom to inspire the human spirit and unleash personal potential. She later exchanged the rivers and mountains for rollerblades as she was named Spokesperson and Head of Communications for The Sheldon Kennedy Skate Across Canada. She traveled with Sheldon, an ex-National Hockey Player, 5000 km across Canada to raise awareness of child abuse in Canada and over $1 million dollars for the Red Cross Abuse Prevention Program.
Professionally Cindy studied Communications at the University of Calgary, went on to receive certifications as a professional writer, sea kayak guide, and corporate trainer before immersing herself in studying the power of wellness and the brain through becoming a certified coach.
Cindy’s corporate training work found her working in the infamous creative hallways of CBC Television; launching a new mentorship program for 60 women leaders with the Women in Leadership Foundation; training up and coming community leaders as a leadership consultant for Leadership Vancouver and the Peak Leadership Program through BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology); training executives and managers in effective communications, change management and team building skills across North America and in Australia; and running her own public speaking company for three years.

Cindy and Dr. Martha Beck
Cindy’s own journey towards healing from a major injury along with her desire to offer more long term support for her clients found her studying life coaching with legendary life coach Dr. Martha Beck of Oprah fame. Since that time Cindy’s coaching practice has expanded to a clientele from across North America, England and Australia. You can find her working with clients in coffee shops, offices, outdoor walkways and sometimes even in her pyjamas while speaking with her international clients on the phone or over skype. (don’t tell!).
Her curiosity for life, other cultures and learning found Cindy celebrating her 19th birthday eating a cow brain hamburger in Nairobi, Africa (she doesn’t recommend it!); learning how to move her hips and gyrate from 5 year old Malawian girls; stuck in an Amazonian mudbed until a group of local Bolivian boys in tattered undies pulled her to freedom; lost in the mist near Machu Piccu; leading sea kayak trips with orca whales plunging under the bobbing kayaks; spelunking in caves across Australia; and even coaching taxi drivers in Chicago!
Cindy is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speaker (CAPS) and lives in both Vancouver, Canada and Perth, Western Australia. If she happens to be in another country don’t be surprised as she loves to roam the world in pursuit of adventure and building a dynamic international community of Baring It All™ babes!
